About
I am based on Wadawurrung Country on the Bellarine Peninsula in Victoria, in Australia. Growing up I was interested in creative activities, and enjoyed designing and my own clothes, painting and dancing. I studied visual arts up to year 12 but followed other pursuits thereafter. I returned to art during motherhood.
I am an emerging visual artist who specializes in contemporary portraits and abstract art. I enjoy exploring colour interactions to convey light/dark, emotions and in abstraction. I play with different brush strokes, mark- making and drips, to create moods and visual aesthetics. I am currently exploring human connection to animals. My abstracts capture the moments when I standstill and watch a bird or birds flying overhead. I am mesmerised and full of wonder in those moments.

My paintings are painted on the sides too, so they are suited for displayed with or without a frame.
